Yes. Albania has been a NATO member since 2009 and has one of the lowest crime rates in Europe. It's an EU candidate country that has undergone enormous transformation. We invest there ourselves and feel safe. The best thing is to come and see – you'll see it with your own eyes.
Yes, no problem. Foreigners can own property in Albania just like Albanians. The process is simple – contract, notary, land registry. We'll help you completely with that. If you want to buy investment land, it's done through establishing an Albanian company – we'll help with that too.
Apartment price + 4% commission (added to the price) + ~€400 (notary, lawyer). No hidden fees. For example, for an apartment at €70,000, the total is €70,000 + €2,100 (commission) + ~€400 = €72,500.
The standard model is 30/30/30/10: 30% at signing, 30% during construction, 30% at shell completion, 10% at handover. Payments are interest-free. This breakdown may vary by developer and project – we'll always tell you the exact terms.
We only work with verified developers with a history of completed projects. We can show you their finished buildings. With off-plan, you can pay gradually, so you never give all the money at once. The contract legally protects you.
Yes, and it's very popular. The season runs from May to October – about 120-150 days. Rental prices range from €50 to €100 per night. Annual rental income can be €4,000 – €8,000. We can also help with management and rental.
Very easily. The flight from Vienna to Tirana takes only 1 hour 30 minutes. From March 2026, there will be direct flights from Bratislava too (Ryanair, Wizz Air). From Tirana to Golem/Durrës is about 45-60 minutes by car. In total, you're there in less than 3 hours – faster than driving from Bratislava to the Tatras or Croatia.
